EDLER & STIEGLER CONSULTING GmbH was founded by Managing Directors Marcus Edler and Thomas Stiegler in 2008 as a privately owned company. Both are industrial engineers with extensive experience in the design, management and implementation of projects within various industries. With this background, they built up a broad client base over the years. Their clients are confident with their knowledge and experience in various industry sectors, companies and cultures and trust them to work on their projects no matter of the project size or complexity.
Thomas Stiegler, Managing Director

Thomas has almost 20 years’ experience in the Automotive Industry. His broad knowledge and involvement in this industry has equipped him with the ability to provide consulting services in all stages and in all roles of a project successfully. Thomas's expertise covers the entire value chain, from long-term business planning, through the product life cycle, to customer care in Aftersales. He was able to expand his experience through international projects in Europe, South America and Australia.

Since 1998, he has developed expertise in strategy and competition analysis as well as organisation and management of product and parts master data. His analytical skills and empathy is second to none. From requirements engineering, identifying solutions and implementation, Thomas is there for his clients from beginning to end of the project…and even further. He is not satisfied until his clients are and it is this philosophy that he brings to Edler & Stiegler Consulting GmbH.

Marcus expertise is based on his many years of professional experience, which helps him to identify and implement business and IT requirements of his customers efficiently. Process optimization, coordination and implementation in different companies, as well as the management of projects and programs from the conception to the handover, are part of his strengths. The focus of his experience is in the automotive, chemical and pharmaceutical, consumer goods and trade sectors. He gained intercultural skills through international projects in Europe, Asia, North and South America. Due to his many years of experience he is able to communicate effectively with all levels of corporate hierarchy. He knows the needs of his customers in detail and can thus create customized solutions. Its customers know that they can rely on him and trust his expertise. He forms an alliance with his clients which remains strong even after the project conclusion.
